This week, it's Margi's turn to interview Mel about a topic very special to her: how she healed her physical pain through an intentional movement practice. Melanie suffered with debilitating back pain that kept her from living her life freely. Through physical therapy and massage therapy, she started to learn about her body and how to properly hold herself in space. She began a practice of intuitive movement as medicine, and over time, she found a path to healing. She now shares her knowledge with us!
